Welcome to NCOWA – a Socio-Cultural Group of Nnewi People.

NCOWA is a Socio Cultural Group of Nnewi people in the greater Washington DC metropolitan area of DC, Maryland, Virginia and surrounding towns. Founded almost forty years ago, we strive to maintain a harmonious platform to harness our potentials, promote, propagate and strengthen our values of hardwork, industry, love and perseverance. We work to sustain good inter-personal relationships among members as well as with our diverse Metro DC communities. We also provide enabling platform to guide our young generation on the path of our cultural values and language. We continue to strive to maximally impact our native Nnewi community with our available human and financial resources by pursuit of past and ongoing enabling endeavors as you will see here.
You are welcome to join us anytime you sojourn around the Metro DC neighborhood.
